Using the calculators
The calculators are free to use for personal and business purposes. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the disclaimer.
The workbooks you download
The workbooks are yours to use, change, and share — including with clients. If you pass one along, please keep its Read Me and assumptions sheets with it, so whoever gets it knows what it does and doesn’t cover.
No warranty
The site, the calculators, and the workbooks are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Results are estimates that depend on your inputs and the stated assumptions.
